I am not a licenced physician or mental healthcare provider. EFT is not a substitute for the diagnosis or treatment of medical or mental health conditions by a licensed health care professional. If you have a disorder or medical condition that has been diagnosed by a licensed medical or mental health care professional or a condition that should be evaluated by a licensed health care professional, my services should only be used in conjunction with you obtaining/continuing that care.

 

I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health disorders nor am I trained to do so. EFT attempts to optimise the body’s overall health and vitality but is not to be used instead of appropriate care from a professional.

 

If you are uncomfortable with any of the techniques that I use, please tell me immediately and I will stop. The methods are gentle and non-invasive.

 

Confidentiality

Except for special situations outlined below, you have the right to absolute confidentiality. I will always act to protect your privacy to the best of my ability. You may direct me to share information with whomever you choose, you may also request anyone you wish to attend a session with you.

 

I may occasionally find it helpful to consult other professionals about a client. During such consultation, I make every effort to avoid revealing your identity.

 

The exceptions to your right of confidentiality:

• If I believe that you are in imminent danger of harming yourself

• If I believe that you are threatening serious harm to another

• In certain legal proceedings, a judge may order my testimony.

 

(In either of these cases, I may legally break confidentiality and contact the police, a local crisis team or a family member/emergency contact.

 

Billing + Payment

 

All packages and bookings are payable up front at the time of booking. If a session is cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice, an $80 cancellation fee will be applicable unless it is a full medical emergency. Packages are non-transferrable. If you are late to a session, we will still finish on time.

 

All packages are to be used in full prior to their expiry date. Please refer to the expiry dates when selecting a price package.
